At Desdet, we care deeply about your experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to fix it — quickly and fairly.

✅ Return & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

*All requests are subject to verification through quality checks.

How to Raise a Request

To help us assist you faster, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with the following details:

1️⃣ Your Order ID

2️⃣ Clear photos or videos of the product & packaging

3️⃣ A brief explanation of the issue

Replacement/Refund

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Pickup & Returns

We arrange courier pickups where available. If your location isn't supported, our team will guide you through a simple return, and verified shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has left our facility, cancellation is not possible; however, you may still request a return if the item meets eligibility criteria upon arrival.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be raised within the 7-day time window.
  • Desdet reserves the right to approve or reject claims after verification.
