✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept returns, replacements, and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

Defective Items: Products damaged during transit, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects.
Change of Mind: We accept returns if you simply change your mind, provided the product condition is new or slightly used.

*No restocking fees apply. All requests are subject to verification.

Refund Process

Once your item is dropped off and verified, a full refund is issued to your original payment method. Refund processing takes 5 working days. There are no restocking fees.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has left our facility, cancellation is not possible; however, you may return the item within 7 days upon arrival.
